Services 2.1 Platform Description streamtwin.store operates an AI model application marketplace that enables users to access, run, and deploy AI models via cloud-based infrastructure. 2.2 Nature of Services The Services provide access to: * AI model execution * Compute resources * Application deployment tools 2.3 Platform Nature (Token-Based System) streamtwin.store uses a prepaid token-based system for accessing Services. Tokens: * are not legal tender * are not cryptocurrency * are not financial instruments or securities * have no monetary value outside the platform * are non-transferable and non-refundable (except where required by law) Tokens are used solely to consume Services within streamtwin.store. 3. Account Responsibilities You are responsible for: * maintaining account security * all activities under your account * compliance with these Terms streamtwin.store may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or pose compliance risks. 4. Fees and Payment 4.1 Token Purchase Customers must purchase tokens in advance to use the Services. 4.2 Usage-Based Consumption Tokens are deducted based on: * model usage * API calls * compute consumption 4.3 Payment Processing All payments are processed through third-party providers (e.g., Stripe). You agree to comply with their terms. 4.4 No Refunds Tokens are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash. 5. Payment Compliance and Prohibited Use streamtwin.store strictly complies with payment network rules (including Visa, Mastercard, and Stripe). Customers may NOT use the Services or tokens for: * monetizing or distributing pornographic or sexually explicit content * escort services, prostitution, or sexual services * any illegal or non-consensual content * any activity involving minors * any business requiring adult-related Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) streamtwin.store does not provide payment support for adult content. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination. 6. Content and Usage Restrictions You agree NOT to use the Services to: * violate laws or third-party rights * generate harmful, abusive, or illegal content * distribute malware or harmful code * mislead, defraud, or impersonate others 7. Content Risk Segregation streamtwin.store maintains strict separation between: * compliant commercial services * restricted or high-risk content Restricted content (including adult content): * cannot be monetized * cannot use streamtwin.store payment systems * may be restricted or removed 8. Customer Responsibility You are solely responsible for: * all Inputs and Outputs * ensuring compliance with laws * reviewing generated content streamtwin.store does not review all content and is not responsible for Outputs. 9. Intellectual Property * Customers own their Inputs and Outputs * streamtwin.store owns the platform and infrastructure * streamtwin.store may use anonymized data to improve Services 10. Third-Party Services Services may rely on third-party providers. streamtwin.store is not responsible for: * their availability * their content * their compliance 11. Disclaimer Services are provided "as is". streamtwin.store does not guarantee: * uninterrupted service * error-free operation * content accuracy 12. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law: streamtwin.store is not liable for: * loss of profits * loss of data * indirect damages Maximum liability: lesser of: * fees paid in last 6 months * USD $100 13. Suspension and Termination streamtwin.store may suspend or terminate accounts: * for violations * for legal reasons * for payment or compliance risks 14. Indemnification You agree to indemnify streamtwin.store against: * legal claims * regulatory penalties * misuse of Services 15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution * Governing law: Hong Kong/US * Disputes resolved via arbitration (SIAC) * No class actions permitted 16.
